Give your assistant a better brief.
Build a shortlist before buying.
Give your budget, three must-have features and your country. Ask for a comparison with sources, price-check dates and trade-offs. Open the retailer pages to verify price, stock and returns yourself.
“Compare three options under my budget. Explain the compromises and cite the current seller pages. Do not place an order.”
Turn a task pile into a plan.
Use a list with deadlines and estimated time. Ask for a realistic schedule with gaps. Review conflicts before putting anything on your calendar; no account access is needed for a draft.
“Make a five-day plan from this list. Keep evenings free and flag anything that will not fit. Draft only.”
Ask for an explanation you can test.
Choose one concept and your starting knowledge. Request a worked example and a short quiz. Verify factual claims against the original documentation, rather than treating a confident answer as proof.
“Explain this concept simply, give one example, then ask me three questions. Link the original sources.”
